02How does online learning work, and how do I access my classes?

All sessions are conducted live, one-on-one via Zoom. Once you select a monthly plan and book your preferred times, simply download the Zoom app on your device and join your class using the provided meeting link.

03Are there any prerequisites or prior language requirements?

No prior experience or Arabic background is needed. During your free trial, your instructor will assess your current proficiency and customize a personalized learning plan suited to your pace and goals.

04Who should enroll in these courses?

Our courses are ideal for anyone wanting to speak and read Arabic fluently, master Quran recitation with proper Tajweed, or complete Quran memorization under the guidance of native-speaking tutors.

05Do you teach both children and adults?

06What is the starting age for young learners?

Children can start learning with us from as young as 4.5 years old. We offer interactive, age-appropriate lessons in Quran, Arabic, and Islamic Studies designed to build confidence step by step.

07Can I take more than one course at the same time?

Yes. You can combine multiple subjects based on your goals - for example, studying an Arabic language course alongside Quran Reading or Memorization (Hifz).

08What are the qualifications of your instructors?

All of our teachers are qualified native Arabic speakers, including graduates of Egypt's Al-Azhar University, with many holding verified Ijazah certifications in Quran recitation and memorization.

09How flexible is the class schedule?

We provide 24/7 scheduling flexibility across all global time zones. You select the days and times that best fit your routine, and you can easily reschedule sessions with advance notice.

10Do students receive progress reports and certificates?

Yes. Students receive a detailed lesson report after every session, completion certificates at the end of each course level, and an official Ijazah upon completing full Quran Hifz. Parents are also kept updated on attendance and progress.

11Can I change my teacher?

Yes, absolutely. If you feel that your current teacher's style does not suit your learning needs, you can contact our support team at any time, and we will gladly assign a new teacher for you.
